          The  t(14;20)(q32.33;q12)  translocation  is  frequently   were detected in 40% of MGUS and MM tumors. These
          found  in  multiple  myeloma  (MM).  MM  is  a  low-grade   are t(11;14)(q33;q32.3), t(6;14)(p2l.l;q32.3), which contain
          proliferative,  malignant  postgerminal  center  tumor  of   the  CCND1,  CCND3,  FGFR3  and    NSD2,  MAF,  and
          somatic-mutated, isotope-converted plasma  cells that   MAFB  genes,  respectively.  (4;14)(p16.3;q32.33),  t(14;16)
          accumulate in the bone marrow. it is usually preceded   (q32.33;q23),  and  t(14;20)(q32.33;q12)  translocations.
          by  a  premaline  stage  known  as  mono    clonal   t(14;20) occurs in approximately 1-2% of MM patients
          gammopathy  of  unknown  significance  (MGUS).  Five   and is associated with an unfavorable prognosis.
