                Translocations involving the BCL2 (B-cell lymphoma 2) gene   and in 20-30% of diffuse large B-cell lym  phoma (YBBCL)
                and the IGH (immunoglobulin heavy locus, also known   cases.  As  a  result  of  the  rearrangement,  the  BCL2
                as  IGH)  gene  are  considered  cytogenetic  markers  of   gene  at  18q21.33  is  moved  next  to  the  IGH
